Business negotiations, international meetings, multilingual conferences?
One wrong word can cool a deal.
One cultural misstep can cost you months of work.
The good news? You don’t need to book a flight.
Your Italian counterpart and your interpreter can be with you anywhere — from your office or your living room.
Travel costs? Zero.
With me by your side, your message lands exactly as you mean it.
Because before every meeting, I study your business, your goals, and who you’re talking to.
Which type of interpreting is right for you?
Remote Simultaneous Interpreting (RSI)
For conferences, webinars, and meetings.
From small groups to 500 participants.
How it works: while the speaker talks, participants hear the translation in real time. No pauses, no interruptions.
Just like an international conference — but from your office.
The tech? I’ve got it covered. I work with professional platforms like KUDO and Zoom, so you can focus on your content.
Multiple languages? No problem. I personally coordinate trusted interpreters to cover every language combination.
What you need:
- A quiet space
- A stable connection
- A headset with microphone
What you save:
- Accessible from anywhere

Consecutive / Liaison Interpreting
For one-to-one negotiations and meetings where every word carries weight.
How it works: I interpret in short passages, giving you and your Italian counterpart time to think, evaluate, respond.
No rush — you set the pace.
Before the meeting, we work together. You send me your documentation, objectives, and core values.
I do my homework.
So I can deliver YOUR message — with your nuances, in the right tone.
The platform? Whatever you already use: Zoom, Teams, Google Meet.
What you need:
- Preparatory materials (the more I have, the better I represent you)

FAQs
How much does interpreting cost?
Every project is different, so there’s no fixed price list. Your quote depends on:
- Type of interpreting (simultaneous or consecutive)
- Duration of the event
- Terminology complexity and preparation required
- Number of languages involved
Not sure about all the details yet? No problem — during our call, I’ll help you figure out what you need and send you a tailored quote.
How far in advance should I contact you?
For planned events: 2–3 weeks ahead.
This allows me to:
- Block the date in my calendar
- Have enough time to prepare
- Coordinate with other interpreters if needed
- Handle any last-minute changes
Short notice? Get in touch anyway! I can often accommodate urgent requests, depending on availability. If I can’t, I’ll recommend a trusted colleague.
How far in advance should I send preparation materials?
Ideally: 7–10 days before the event.
This gives me time to:
- Study your sector’s terminology in depth
- Understand your objectives, your company, your values
- Prepare tailored glossaries
- Reach out with any questions
Tighter deadline? Let me know during our intro call!
Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely.
If you’re working with sensitive material, we can formalise everything with an NDA before we start.
For me, confidentiality isn’t an extra. It’s part of the job.
Do I need a specific platform for remote interpreting?
No — I’m flexible. I work on various platforms:
Professional platforms: KUDO — I’m a certified KUDO Pro Interpreter, with built-in tech support
Common platforms: Zoom (with interpreting function) · Microsoft Teams · Google Meet · others on request
Not sure which to choose? I’ll recommend the best option.
Is remote interpreting as good as on-site?
Yes — when done professionally.
Remote interpreting delivers the same quality as on-site, with added benefits:
- Total flexibility: connect from wherever you are
- Lower costs: no travel, no equipment hire
Many companies that tried it never went back.
One key requirement: to ensure quality, all participants need a stable connection and a headset with microphone. It sounds like a detail, but it’s the difference between a seamless meeting and a frustrating one.
What if there are technical problems during the event?
That’s why we always run a tech check before the event: we test audio, video, and connection together.
If something still goes wrong during the call, I always have a Plan B ready: backup connection, secondary device, emergency phone line. I never leave you without support.
Why do long conferences usually require two interpreters?
For simultaneous interpreting, two interpreters are needed if the event runs longer than 30–40 minutes. Why? You’re listening, translating, and speaking at the same time. After 20–30 minutes, concentration drops — and so does quality.
When one interpreter is enough:
- Short events (under 30 minutes)
- Consecutive interpreting
- One-to-one meetings
Not sure what your event needs? Let’s discuss it during the free intro call.
Can I record the interpretation?
It depends on the type of event and our agreement.
In some cases yes, in others no — for reasons related to the interpreter’s performance copyright.
We’ll discuss this during our free call so we can find the right solution for your needs.
Do you work with multiple languages at the same time?
Yes! I coordinate teams of trusted interpreters for multilingual events.
If your event requires multiple language combinations, I put together a team of professionals specialised in each language.
- One point of contact: I handle all the coordination
- Interpreters selected for experience in your sector
- Coordinated preparation for consistent terminology
Tell me how many languages you need and which ones — we’ll find the right solution together.
